Shipping.

Parcels are sent out via standard Australia Post. All orders receive free tracking. Orders will be sent out once full payment has been received. I go to great lengths to ensure that all orders are well packed and protected. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me straight away, attaching a photo of the damaged piece and the packaging that it came in.

I am not responsible for damages after 5 days of the customer receiving the parcel, or for parcels that have been lost or damaged by Australia Post.

I am not responsible for any customs tax that you may incur upon delivery to your country.

Packaging.

I use recycled packaging to protect my work. I collect boxes, paper & bubble wrap from people who donate them to me.

Gift Wrapping.

I offer a free gift wrapping service. Your order will be wrapped in white recycled tissue paper, tied with twine and gift card. See photo in the Gallery.

Refunds.

I want you to be happy with the ceramic piece that you purchase, so should you, for any reason not be happy with your order please contact me and we can discuss a replacement or exchange. The piece will be shipped back at the expense of the customer, in the original wrapping/packaging.

Product Care.

Do not place the vessels into a dishwasher or microwave. Handwash only.
